Changing Together, Growing Whole
I believe healing begins in relationship and happens through connection with another person.

In my practice, I work with people who have learned to survive by adapting, masking, overachieving, or becoming emotionally independent. While these strategies may once have helped you feel safe, they can also leave you feeling lonely, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles you have learned to inhabit.
My approach is rooted in relational depth, embodied presence, and trauma-informed awareness. Together, we slow down and explore not only your words, but also what is happening underneath them — in your emotions, body, patterns, relationships, and silence. We can gently make space for parts of you that may have felt unseen or pushed aside.
I particularly work with people who feel deeply, think in layers, or carry a sense of “in-betweenness” between cultures, identities, languages, roles, or expectations. I also work with transgenerational trauma, exploring inherited patterns and survival strategies, as well as with women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or questioning parenthood.
Whether you are navigating, therapy can offer a space to feel understood and develop a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself.
