Changing Together, Growing Whole
Healing begins in a relationship. Explore what’s holding you back. Create more choice.

In my practice, I work with people who have learned to survive by adapting, masking, overachieving, or becoming emotionally independent. While these strategies may once have helped you feel safe, they can also leave you feeling lonely, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles you have learned to inhabit.
My approach is rooted in relational depth, embodied presence, and trauma-informed awareness. Together, we slow down and explore not only your words, but also what is happening underneath them — in your emotions, body, patterns, relationships, and even your silence.
Therapy can offer space to gently reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt unseen, unheard, or pushed aside.
I particularly work with people who feel deeply, think in layers, or experience a sense of “in-betweenness” between cultures, identities, languages, roles, or expectations. I also work with transgenerational trauma, exploring inherited patterns and survival strategies, as well as with women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or questioning parenthood.
Whatever you’re navigating, therapy offers a space to feel understood and reconnect with yourself.
