I'm Gifty Ogene, an NCPS-accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. My integrative approach draws on different therapeutic methods to meet your individual needs, whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties or other emotional challenges.

At Open Hands Counselling Centre, my aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build emotional resilience and move forward with confidence. I offer online and in-person counselling, couples therapy and clinical supervision.
