Hi I'm Rebecca, an Integrative counsellor working in-person with adults aged 18 and over in Twickenham & the wider Richmond Borough, and online across the UK. My approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential therapy, adapted to what each individual needs. I have a particular interest in life transitions, grief and loss, identity, and questions of meaning. Sessions are £75 for in-person and £65 for online and walk & talk. Each session lasts for 50 minutes. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call - with no obligation.
